Company Policies:
Bright Delight Cleaning Services, LLC is a quality professional cleaning service that is fully insured.
Scheduling: Clients are encouraged to schedule appointments in advance to secure their preferred dates and times. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit is applied towards the total balance of your cleaning service and is not merely a hold on your card. The Remaining balance is due upon completion of services.
Hourly Rate: We charge per hour/per person with a minimum of 4 hours required.
Additional Services: Pricing does not include extras (e.g., basements, inside fridge, etc.).
Estimates: To better serve you we require a walk through of your home. We will want to identify the areas of concern and those that are most important to you. We will evaluate and propose a cleaning plan to complete the job and meet your needs
Insurance: We are fully insured for your peace of mind.
Rescheduling: To reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours cannot be accommodated and will result in scheduling for the next available date with an additional 25% deposit.
Cancellation: If you cancel on the day of the cleaning or we are unable to access the premises, you will be charged 100% of the cost of the service.
Payment: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Remaining balance is due upon completion of services. We accept major credit cards and debit cards. No Cash or Checks.
Refunds: No monetary refunds are provided.
Supplies: I provide all necessary supplies and equipment for the cleaning service.
Prep: Prior to the cleaning technician’s arrival, please remove all items, clothing, toys, etc that may delay the efficient cleaning of your home. This will maximize productivity and minimize the time we spend to clean your home. If you prefer that our cleaning technicians remove these items, we are happy to do so and will add the additional billing time with corresponding charges.
All customers are required to have the following amenities available:
Running water with access to it. Electricity with functioning lightbulbs throughout the home (cleaning cannot be performed in the dark). Air conditioning for a comfortable working environment.
Pets: Please secure pets in a safe area during cleaning appointments.
Feedback: We welcome feedback from clients to continually improve our services.
Privacy: Client information and premises are treated with the utmost confidentiality and respect.
Safety: Our team follows strict safety protocols during all cleaning services.
Service Guarantee: We stand behind our work and will address any concerns promptly and professionally.
Referrals: Clients will receive a $25.00 discount on their next cleaning service for referring each new customer to Bright Delight. This discount becomes effective after the referred customer’s first cleaning.
Final Inspection: All cleanings must be inspected before our team leaves the premises. We do not offer re-cleaning services. By booking with us, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Due to liability risk and company policy, at this time we do NOT offer the following services:
Steam Cleaning / Carpet Shampoo, Hand Wash Dishes, Chandeliers, Delicate Light Fixtures, Wall Cleaning, Cleaning of Animal /Human Waste, Unfinished Basements, Attics, Utility Closets, Paint Removal, Any Kind of Blind Cleaning, Hands and Knees Floor Cleaning, Heavy Trash Removal, Post Renovation / Construction Clean-up, Breaking Down Boxes, Moving of Furniture or Appliances, Grout Fixing (sealing, advanced-level grout needs), Laundry, Inside Dishwasher, Inside Washer & Dryer, Inside Tracks of Windows / Doors, Exterior of Windows, Anything Outside the Home, Removal of Cabinet Liners, Adhesive Removal, Cleaning while other vendors are in the home, Cleaning if there are cockroaches or infestation of any kind of bugs present.
